Is it possible to write web based application in .net 1.1 to print on any
printer configured with IP on the internet?

The printer that I am printing will have external IP. Is it possible to
program that in .net 1.1.

The user would have to configure this printer on their machine. Then they
could go through the normal Print in their browser, and select to print on
this printer.
