Printing page - header and footer

    Hi.

    I'd like to set a header and footer (visible on every printed page) for
    my webpage. How can I do it? Is there some CSS tag for it?

    CSS describes presentation, not content. It also doesn't have tags.

    You'll need something server-side to do what you want. See
