Problem connecting OLAP

Hi'

I'm trying to connect an olap server from my webservice
and i get an error "Cannot connect to the Analysis server
on computer 'MyServer'. Connection to the server is lost
" there is an article in microsoft KB about this subject
but it is only relevant to a regular aspx pages.
How can i overcome this issue in webservice app.
