Problem with typeing in English low-case in java application on Linux Redhat9

Vitaliy Semochkin

I installed j2sdk on Linux RedHat9 and found out that I couldn't type in
English using lower-case in all GUI java applications.
(I can type using upper-case in English and in all cases in Russian).
Can anybody tell me how to fix this problem?
