Problem with Validation Control

Hi. I am using a Required Field Validator. However when I
run the web form, I get mesage "unable to find script
library and file WebUIValidation.js" It suggests placing
the file manually or reinstalling by running aspnet_regiis
with the -c switch.

I tried to do both, but it has not made a blind bit of
difference, every time i get the same message. Has anyone
come across this?

Are you sure you have aspnet_client folder at the site root containing
correctly versioned subfolders (based on Framework used) and on those
folders the WebUIValidation.js files plus other client-side files?
