Program that runs "over" half-life (windows + ui)

    Hi,
    I'm thinking about making a program that will overlay a game
    (counter-strike, windows), without having to tab it down from
    full-screen.

    Anyone have a clue how to do this? :) (No source code to the game,
    openGL).
