programmatically render a calendar control from another page

i have two asp .net pages. one contains a calendar, which
displays content on the cells. the other contains a form,
which allows users to enter new content to be displayed on
the calendar that is on the other page.

once i enter new content, how do i programmatically re-
render the calendar on the other page so it will display
the new added content?

the content is save into a database and the calendar is
connected to the database to display the content.
