**Responsibilities include**
Summary:
Multiple positions in a fast growing medical claims company is looking
for Senior Level Programmers with experience with SQL Server2005, C#
and .ASP and 2.0.Net. These consultants be able to think on their
feet, have excellent interactive communication skills and have an
agile methodology to their development skills.
Recruiter notes:
These consultants will have a mix of all the skills listed above and
might have more experience in one over the other. Please submit all
candidates that have those mixes and must have the following core
competencies (SQL Server 2005 and stored procedures). These
consultants will be working in a very collaborative environment and
will be developing in C# and SQL Server stored procedures. Will be
working in database and web development roles and will need some
consultants to have experience with ASP.Net. One of these positions
will also need experience with multi threading parallel processes in N
tier (UI, business layer) window services (business database). All
consultants will need to run processes and would need experience with
service and building job engines to build process data. If any of
these consultants had unit testing that would be a huge plus. They
would like some of the consultants to be able to validate the
application and all the pieces of the system that are put together to
make sure that they work well together. They need consultants that can
step up and take ownership of the projects.
4 to 5 people needed immediately.

Requirement Notes:
Graphical User Interface Developer - Visual Designer
Create, evaluate, and modify the visual and information aspects of
design specifications and prototypes to support modular web components
(widgets). Define, develop, and design Interface standards and code
object models and interfaces. Collaborate with metadata project teams
within a software development environment to produce visual mappings
and interaction designs, navigation structure, user friendly software
interfaces, and conduct usability.
**Experience designing graphical user interfaces for package software
products
**Exceptional graphical visualization skills as evidenced by public or
commercial software ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, DreamWeaver,
Flash, Animation Using Flash or ImageReady)
**Proficient in Scripting Languages (XHTML, XSLT, JavaScript,
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), AJAX, Perl, Web 2.0 technologies)
**Strong understanding of graphic design (type, color, layout, etc.)
**Proven ability to produce high level flows (wireframe storyboards)
and detailed prototypes, mockups and documents to effectively test and
communicate the designs
**Portfolio of successful products and artifacts, sample of work
products is desirable (detailed UI designs, web site links / URLs to
demonstrate abilities)
**Experience developing in SharePoint, Eclipse based application UI
design is a plus
** Create and implement visual standards for internal websites,
templates
**Exposure to a broad range of technologies and how they interact/
integrate is desirable (Metadata / MDM / SOA and development of
taxonomies, ontologies is a definite plus )
**Superior organization, communication, interpersonal skills to
clearly articulate technical opinions and have a bias toward action
**Understanding of database systems or metadata tools is a plus
(Oracle / ASG - Rochade)
**Excellent problem solving skills be flexible, and always be seeking
new solutions and approaches, quick learner of new technologies and
problem domains
