public DTD for warehouse and delivery notes ?

Hi,

I am new in XML.

We have to send the datas of delivery notes to another application and
we have to decide the file format.

I'd like to know if there is some public DTD that describes how a
delivery note should be.

I also have to get infos about stock quantities of an external warehouse
and I'd like to know if there is a public dtd that tells me how to write
an xml file.
