Question about application servers???

Hello All,
This is more of a question about what servers to use, rather than a how
to. Let me explain our problem:
We have a Solaris Server that is running a Java Enterprise solution.
The solution includes the following:
SSL Login and Session Control
Server Side file manipulation (JAI Imaging, Zip File Extraction, XML
Parsing)
Standard Data Manipulation using Servlets (Listing Data and Editing It)
Web Services (Streaming and Receiving XML through SOAP on Demand from a
flash client)
MySQL Database Server
We are trying to determine what Application Server to use for this. We
were oginally going to use Apache 2.0, Tomcat 5.5 and a custom
WebServices server, but have recently heard that Tomcat isn't so great
for this type of project. We've also heard of JBoss (no experience with
it though).

Can you please recommend what server would best match up with the above
requirements and if you know it what the cost would be.

Thank you muchly,

JRod - >:)-))=

JBoss includes Tomcat plus a pretty good app server, and hey, the price
is right.
