I find a question in Eclipse. When open a project with cvs and exit
Eclipse, and then run Eclipse again, the project maybe open with cvs,
maybe open without cvs. It is not determined.

Usually, I close the project and reopen it. Then the project will be
    open with cvs.

Does anyone notice the question and find a way out of it?

What do you mean by "the project maybe open with cvs, maybe open without
cvs"? Is there an icon or something that you see that indicates it's "open
    with cvs"?

You might have more luck when asking this on one of the Eclipse
newsgroups, notable eclipse.newcomer. You need a password for the
    newsserver, see www.eclipse.org/newsgroups/
