Question: Parser Error Message: Access is denied

[VB Programmer]

I am using a free rich text control from ExportTechnologies.

I was developing and debuggin fine. Restarted VS.NET 2003 and now I get
this error when trying to run my web app. Any ideas?

Hi,

The log imply that CLR loader cant find
ExportTechnologies.WebControls.RTE.DLL in any of the directories that
CLR loader looks in. check that ExportTechnologies.WebControls.RTE.DLL.
with the right version and strong name exist in your Bin directory or
GAC.

you also mention that you edit this control. if you change the control
version you might notice that there is policy reference in
machine.config for that assembly.
