Add the onclick to the attributes collection of the linkbutton

ie:
btnMyLinkButton.Attributes("onclick") = "alert('hello world');";

But this is an ASP.net (VB.net) click event - - not a Javascript
routine - - -
I tried:
objLinkButton.Attributes("onclick") = "doLogout"
This doesn't work
