The bsddb module is in the Python source tree. It's called
    Modules/bsddbmodule.c.

Copying a .lib or .dll file from a Windows machine doesn't have a chance
of working (for reasons I'm sure you understand). If it wasn't built by
whoever packaged this distribution for CE, you'll need a CE development
environment, the bsddb library, and the the Python source tree.

Probably very few people would be able to advise you in how to set it up.
    So, best of luck.

    Jeff
