    chrome:// is from the mozilla (Firefox, Seamonkey, et al) UI
    stylesheets, of which there are many. The one above is from the
    mail-news component ("messenger"), either Seamonkey or Thunderbird.

    If you aren't using a mozilla based mail client, it won't do anything.
