    I'm not quite sure - http://browsershots.org/ - this will not work because you want to test the javascript.

    But isn't it more a matter of the javascript than of the browser?
    Does javascript work in different ways in different browsers?

    Of course - some browsers won't show you an animated <title>
    but your code is just ordinary code - nothing concerns about the browser.
