Re: read/write/create 'dbf' files

    Microsoft Jet is deprecated:
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms810810.aspx

    If you compile your app for x86 (rather than Any CPU), it /might/ work.
    (Project->Properties->Compile->Advanced Compile Options...)
