Refresh to Anchor in Parent Page when Child Closes

I use:
onClick="opener.location.reload(); window.close()
within a Submit button to update info and close the window. This works fine
to refresh the parent page, but I would now like to jump to an anchor within
the parent page. How do I add the reference to the achor in this code.
