reg_exp and croatian special characters

Hi!

I want to check the text field if it contains only alphanumerical values
and not space.
But I use special characters in croatian language (iso-8852-2) and when you
enter such a charactzer, validation fails while it shouldn't.

Any ideas?

Add the valid special characters to the regular expression in the form
of four-digit hexadecimal code (\uhhhh). Example: [\w\u9660]+
