'Registering' a dll at my host provider

Hello,
Is it nessesary to run the GAC program when I put new dll into BIN folder on
my horst provider server ? Or just to put it and it will be able to use
functions wchich that dll contains ?

You don't need to register it (for the average website), just put it in the
bin directory of the web-application.

Well, anyway you said 'for avarage website' so I guess it could be nessessry
sometimes to register.
I was asking about it, because in my host provider's offer there is special
position called 'instaling user components' for which I have to pay $, so I
wonder which components are 'just to put in BIN' and which must be instled
by provider's administrators.
The my component I want to use is a free zip/unzip functions dll set I found
in the net.
Hope it will be enought to upload it into server.
