Reloading a iframe from within that same iframe

Greetings!

I have a html doc (a.html) that has a iframe:
<iframe name="bufferClass" src="b.html">

In file b.html I need to reload the iframe, and only the iframe, manually.

I tried this.location = "c.html"
top.bufferClass.src = "c.html"

and so on...

Nothing works! Can't I reload the iframe from within it?
