    Hello,

A long time ago, with ASP3.0, I used remote scripting to do some data
refresh in the page without having to reload the whole page.
What is the method nowdays, with ASP.NET to achieve the same result ?
I use webservices with a java applet on the client browser, but I wonder if
there weren't antother approach because I'm not fully convinced by the WS.

    Thanks a lot.

    Pierre.
