Reponse.Redirect Using the POST Method

I am looking for a way to send a POST request using the
Reponse.Redirect or any thing similar

You will have to set up client side script for this. You can query the post
method of a control and emit it using client side JavaScript emit methods.
You will then have a post. You might be tempted to hand write the code, but
remember control names (and therefore event names) can change depending on
where the control is placed.
