I'm getting an exception rendering to PDF in local mode from the ReportViewer
    control.
When there is a certain mixture of AutoSize and Fit images in a header, it
seems to confuse the renderer, and throws the following exception:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an
    object.
    at
    Microsoft.ReportingServices.Rendering.ImageRenderer.Image.CalculateItemMeasurement(Orientation orientation)

Is there any support available for the ReportViewer? I can post the simple
rdlc file and sample code to reproduce the error.

Seems like any image with sizing=clip causes problems on both the pdf and
    excel localreport exports.
I can provide simple samples to reproduce these bugs, if anybody is
    interested.
