    Requirement
    ------------------------
    1)
    Role: .Net Product Lead
    Expectations:
    - You will be responsible for the product delivery.
    - You must be an strong in MS.Net platform and must have lead
    technical development efforts in building product/solutions on the
    MS.Net Platform.
    - You must be able to architect, design and guide the development team
    in building the application.
    - You will have at least 2+ years experience in building applications
    in the following technologies Master Pages, Web Services, XML, SOAP,
    AJAX etc.
    [Note technical and product life cycle knowledge will be given more
    importance than years of experience you if you think you fit then go
    ahead and apply]

    Technical Requirements:
    -------------------------------------
    Database:Strong Knowledge in database design and optimization MS SQL
    Server, My SQL, Oracle. Experience in database table design, Stored
    Procedures optimization
    Programing Languages: ASP.Net with C#/Vb.net, JavaScript, AJAX,
    Component Development, XML, web services, [Knowledge of Java and J2ee
    will be an added advantage]. Optimization of code,
    Process: Knowledge of s/w quality techniques, testing methodologies,
    writing test scripts, automated testing strategies and tools
    Testing : Manual and automated testing techniques, performance design,
    scenario based testing, server clustering , RAID

    Experience:
    ---------------------------------
    2-5 years of experience, and extensive knowledge of design,
    architecture, and building consumer facing complex applications.

    Role: .Net Product Engineer
    Responsibilities: You will build some of the most amazing technologies
    and online applications in the industry. You will be a part of a high
    energy team
    that is will be responsible for product development.

    Expectations: The candidate must have strong skills in MS.Net platform
    and must be able to contribute to web development efforts from day 1.
    The candidate must have already have built 2+ web applications on the
    MS.Net platform using latest technologies like Master Pages, Web
    Services,
    XML, SOAP, AJAX etc. Strong development skills in the technologies
    mentioned is essential

    Technical Requirements:
    ----------------------------
    Database: Strong Knowledge in at least one database MS SQL Server,
