ResourceBundles: Let user change UI language?

Hi,

I wonder if it is possible to let the user switch the language of the user
interface (English, Japanese, German, ...). If everything is localized and
all strings externalized in ResouceBundles, it should be easy to
implement...?

Maybe, the application would have to restart? How would it be possible to
restart and immediately go back to the point where the user was? (Eclipse
can do that, it can restart itself...)
