Hello group,

I happened to check the review of C++ Templates & Tools (By Scott
Robert Ladd) at http://accu.org. The book is in the "Not recommended"
category.
I will like to hear if you anyone else here had a chance to go through
the book and if there is anything useful I could grab from the book.

Hoping for a healthy criticism of the book.

Best regards,
SK

Not really. Most of the 'tools' in the book are trivial, or nearly
so. Also, some of what it provides can be done more easily with
the standard library.
Hoping for a healthy criticism of the book.

It has a pre-STL view of templates. I guess, if you somehow have no
other sources of information on templates, it is better than
nothing - but there are much better modern books on building
tools with templates.
