RFC: New module Business::GestPayCrypt

Hi all,

I have written a module that implements in Perl the Java class
GestPayCrypt for GestPay, an italian on-line payment system with and
without credit card.

A similar module exists ( Business::BancaSella ), but it implements an
old version of GestPay with a different interface.

My working name is "Business::GestPayCrypt" because the name of the
original java class is GestPayCrypt.
