RFID Programming Package from Sun

Hello All,

I'm starting to develop a java program to interact with and RFID
reader. The scenario is that we'll be using a dumb-reader to scan RFID
tags, then my program should interact with the driver of this RFID
reader and get the data.

Does Sun has an API to do this? if not, related to RFIDs what API does
Sun have?
