Right border

In the web page below (click on the link) there is a slight space between
the top of the right hand border and the nav bar above. This occurs in IE 6
but fits just fine in Mozilla and Netscape 7. How can I correct this?
Notice, too that the left hand side works fine in IE.

This page is a work in progress and further changes need to be made but I
want to focus just on that extra space. I am aware that I've used a
combination of css along with some plain html tags.

It is probably white space in your markup. <td></td> <td> will create
this sort of thing. While you're in there, you have three errors you
could fix.
