Rotate PDF View with .NET?

Does anyone have experience on how to Rotate a PDF using asp or
vb.NET?
I have a program that does the creating of 40 or so PDFs and it works
great, but 3 of them after being created need to be rotated due to
graphs and such, any ideas on how to do this?

I installed adobe standard but I cant find any com components to hook
up to do this.

Does GhostScript have a way of doing this?
