Hi, im want to start with Ruby (already started) + OpenGL (never used
OGL with Ruby), if anyone can advice me how to start with this ill be
very thankful.

Documents to read. Books if exists. Links and any paper you think its
usefull. Anything that helps. API pages.

If you already know the OpenGL API, but just not OpenGL with Ruby, then try
starting with the Ruby port of the standard OpenGL "gears" demo:
