Run Code before Form Action

I have a form with a action property which is a link to another form.

I want to run some code from the QueryString before acting on the action
string.

How do I do this?

In other words:

I want the user to open form A with a querystring, do some processing on the
querysytring and then redirect them to form B with some additional info
(which should not be in the querystring).
