save web page as text file in IE

I want to automate the process for a list of 100 urls. Is there any
available methods to achieve this?

I would suggest to install Cygwin, and make a script using wget (to
download webpages) and html2text.

ps: Cygwin is a set of GNU tools for MsWindows.

If you decide to install cygwin, I can make a script for you.
