I created a console application. This application creates a simple Excel
File. I moved this application to a server. I used the .Net Configuration
utility and grant the application full access authority. I ran the
application under my user ID interactively and it ran just fine. I scheduled
the application to run using my ID and password and it fails with an error
message whose FULL TEXT is "Access Violation". It fails when the code
attempts to instatiate the Excel object. The job can read databases, and it
can wite files to shared drives, but when it get's to the code in which the
Excel object is to be created, it fails.
Any ideas as to why?
Thanks in advance for your assistance!!
