You must have slept right through the creation of the special NG for
C++.Net: microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.vc. Ask there.

comp.lang.c++ deals with *Standard* C++ (no .NET here), which doesn't
have any mechanisms for operating a "task" or a "schedule".
