Put div tags around it with a fixed width and height and set the
overflow on 'auto'

Something like

<div style="width:400px; height:400px; overflow:auto;">

.... your controls go here ...

</div>

Use an <IFrame></IFrame> Tag and display a second page in the frame.

IE:

<IFrame framespacing="0" border="0" frameborder="0" width="200" height="200"
src="MyPage.aspx"></IFrame>

You can use a control called MultiPage control from Internet Explorer
Web Controls library.
