Hello!

I have a website to do and i have a little problem... with html
I don't know how to make to set the scrollbars at the same size, independent
from windows settings.

For example:
I want to set in website scrollbars size (width) at 20px, and i want, that
the scrollbar will be shown in 20px width even if windows settings will be
set at different size eg. 15

How can i do that in html?
Can I do that in html?
