Search Engine Optimisation

sorry.no.email

Hi,

I read a fascinating article about search engine optimisation:

http://www.htmlhelp.com/feature/seo.htm

About half way down, under the heading 'Content Checklist' was the
following bulleted point:

'Always reference citations and sources. This indicates to search
engines that the content is of research quality.'

Now does this refer to the cite tag or the cite attribute of
blockquote or neither of these? I would be interested to hear if
others have any thoughts on this statement.

Andrew.
