searchpackage for calculating nullspace matrix

Discussion in 'Java' started by Marcus Lagemann, Jun 14, 2005.

  1. Hi,
im looking for a java package for the calculation of the nullspace (or
    kernel) of a matrix.
By now i tried Jama and the cer.colt.* packages but both packages only
solve systems if the matrix is square and else they make least squares
solution. I cant find methods for getting the nullspace of the matrix.

So does anyone know a package which can calculate the nullspace of a
matrix or can tell me how to do it with the Jama or cer.colt packages?

    thanks in advance

    Marcus
