Security Issue - Impersonation

I am trying to use impersonation. I created a seperate folder in my
application where I have placed any screen that I want to invoke
impersonation on. I created a webconfig file with the appropriate account
and password information. When I navigate to this screen, I originally
received an Access Denied error for the Temporary ASPNet folder under the
Framework version for the ID I was using for impersonation. I added this ID
to be able to update that folder. My next message indicates that it is
attempting to load up one of my .dll files and it is getting access denied on
that dll file. That dll file is on the server, but it is in the "D" drive
vs. the "C" drive where my first error occurred on. I have given this ID
full access to the "D" drive and if I navigate to the folder where the dll
resides and look on the security tab for this folder, I see that the
impersonation account indicates that it has full access to the folder...so
why am I getting access denied for this account?

Thanks in advance for your assistance!!!
