You may want to check http://www.owasp.org/documentation/testing in the
future. OWASP also has other good pen-test tools available as well, such as
http://www.owasp.org/development/webscarab


You may want to also check out FxCop. You might be able to create custom
rules looking for Command Injection or XSS vulnerabilities.
