select with all countries in the world in german language

hi,

i need a snippet with all maybe 200 countries all over the world.
it should be in german and the value should be the country-code (D for
Deutschland, F for Frankreich and so on).
Any idea where i can find that?

A google search doesn't show anywhere with names in German. However, you
can download a full list of country codes and English names here:
http://www.geocities.com/marcoschmidt.geo/countries.html
