I want to send mail from my ASP site but my ISP do not allow
local mail servers. How do I do to relay mail through ISP:s
    mail server?

Using IIS 5.0 on local machine.

    1) Ask your ISP since they need to allow relay anyway. (Hint, you
don't want to relay, you just want to use their server as your SMTP
    server)

    2) See:
