Serail Port communication using PERL

Hi,

I am beginner in PERL scripts.

I want to excecute some command by logging into the device using
PERLscripts.
The device may be a EXTREME SWICTH. The device is connected to my PC
via the serial port. So using the scripts i should be able to log in to

the device and execute the commands.


Can any one please help me on this.
