Server Error After a DLL Replace

Hello EveryBody,

I get a "Server Error" when I Try start an ASP .NET Application I developed
(just a dll file), after I have Overwritten the dll, the only way to do the
Application working again is to create a new virtual folder with a different
name

When I overwrite the old dll I follow this steps :

1 - Stop iis
2 - Clear the Temporary ASP.NET Files
3 - Overwrite the dll
4 - Start iis

I need Help
