Is it generally good practice to execute Response.End() immediately after
Server.Transfer(), as in the following code? My intent is that if a certain
condition is not met (per testVal), to redirect user to an informational
page. This code runs in Page_Load. I don't want the user to see the page if
the condition is not met.
if (testVal == 0) {
Server.Transfer("nocando.aspx");
Response.End();
}
else {
// do a bunch of other stuff;
}
// then do more stuff here;
Thanks.
