Setup development for IIS

I would like to know if anyone know how to setup a development server for
IIS
I'm a newbie wanna learn. I prefer any articles, links, guildlines so that I
can understand more.

Not really anything special...
Just use the Windows Server OS of your choice (preferably 2003 or 2000 at
least) and install IIS.
