Sharing a header between all html files?

    Does anyone know if there is a trick to share the same html code between all
    the html pages?
    For example, I'd like to share the logo, the menu bar and the copyright
    information between all pages without copying every time the same lines.
    Oops, I forget... I cannot use frames.
