I've got a linux/J2ME PDA, which runs a KVM on top of linux.
I want to write files which can be understood by apps on both
the Linux and J2ME sides.
JSR 75 (FileConnection) seems to be the way to go, but is
there anyway I can do this without custom serializing all
the data to ascii? I suspect that the binary ByteArrayStreams
used by J2ME are unintelligible to Linux, and vice versa.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Peter Trei
